Why I Decided To Switch To ...

Back in 2014, I run two live classroom commissioning training. One in Dubai, UAE, and one in Panama City, Panama.

The duration of each commissioning training was five days. And it was open for participants from all over the world.

It was a great experience - for the participants and me. You can read testimonials here.

The advantages of face-to-face training amongst others are:

  • direct contact between trainer and participants
  • direct contact within the group of trainees
  • group work is very effective
  • "team building" effect

The disadvantages, amongst others, are:

  • trainer and trainees have to be at the same place at the same time
  • long ways to travel
  • expensive travel costs
  • you - as a trainer - never know how many people will attend the classes

So, as a result of this experience, I decided to launch an online commissioning training based on pre-recorded videos in 2015.

This was one of my best decisions I made.

Using my online commissioning training platform, I was able to connect with more than 17,000 commissioning people from around the world (so far).

And I learned how to build, maintain, and market an online training platform.

I tested a lot of different SaS (software as a service) tools before I decided to use Kajabi for my online commissioning training courses.

After four years of working with Kajabi, I can say I am quite good at using this system to build online training and websites.
